Crazy mode:
Enter 5CM as your initials at the high score screen.

Equalize stats:
Enter 3ES as your initials at the high score screen.

Infinite special:
Enter 4IS as your initials at the high score screen.

Time of day:
Enter 2TD as your initials at the high score screen.

Unlock kits:
Enter 7UK as your initials at the high score screen.

Unlock players:
Enter 6UP as your initials at the high score screen.

Unlock stadiums:
Enter 8US as your initials at the high score screen.

Unlock all cheats:
Enter 9AC as your initials at the high score screen.
