Space Invaders arcade game:
Hold L1 + R1 and press X + Circle when "Press Start" appears at the opening screen.

Remain idle at the title screen to view various FMV sequences of the game.

Alternate costumes:
Press Start when choosing a character at the selection screen in story mode.

Super primary weapon:
Hit an enemy 50 times in a row.

Bullets change to missiles:
Hit an enemy 100 times in a row.
