All weapons and missions:

L2, R2, L1 at the main menu.
Unlimited ammunition:
Press Start to pause game play, then press R1,
L1, R2(2), L2, R1, L1, R2,
L2. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Invincibility:
Press Start to pause game play, then press L1(3),
R2, L1, R1(2), L1, R2. Repeat
this code to disable its effect.
Hint: Turn car into three-wheeled vehicle:
Press Up, Triangle during game play.
