Characters that can die:
OrionPax115.

Tom Odell: Get caught frequently during the scavenger mission. When you find him, he will be dead.
Ken Lathrop: He will always die after you get the Isodesium and defeat the Hirogen Alpha Hunter. The Borg will beam in, take the Isodesium, Lt. Foster, and kill Ken.
Lt. Les Foster: During the Borg mission you will encounter him in an assimilation chamber. Run through the corridors until you get to him. If you do not save him, he will get assimilated and you will have to fight him at the end. It is better to save him, as he is a very difficult opponent.
Jeffrey Nelson: During the Borg mission, if he gets hit too much he will die or get badly injured.
Mitch Csatlos: There is two ways for him to die. While on the Dreadnaught Gunship, if he takes too much damage he will die. The alternate way happens during the part on the Gunship where you will be in a warehouse room just before you get the Dreadnaught Weapon. You will fight many enemies. Let him get injured, then after the fight, lead him to the boxes that can be exploded. Get away, then destroy the boxes. He will die. Note: This is the only time you can kill a member of the team and not get punished.
Rick Beissman: While on the Forge, You will fight large amounts of Reavers and mini-Harversters. He will complain about not getting a good shot, stand up, and start blowing enemies away. During the fight, one of the Reavers will start shooting beams at him. One will hit him and he will die. Note: He will always die.

Hint: Defeating the final Vorsoth:
In the final battle with the minions of the Harvester/Vorsoth Boss, you must cycle through "Undying mode", "Refill armor to 100", and "Unlimited ammunition" codes. It is good idea to pause and save the game after doing so in case you are killed. The minions will get you wherever you are. The last weapon you pick up, the Dreadnought Weapon, works well on minions, using little weapon energy with the primary weapon (R1) with little or no feedback damage when the beetle and humanoid Harvester types get close in large numbers. Use the Photon Burst weapon to target and destroy the weapon firing Harvesters that are keeping their distance by running directly at them. Their weapon effects will stop while you are close fighting the beetle and humanoid harvesters after switching to the Dreadnaught Weapon. After you have destroyed three waves (including reinforcements of the beetles and humanoids), you can fight the Boss, Vorsoth. He goes through a long speech before the battle begins. Pump up your armor, health/life energy and weapon energies to 999, save the game and start the fight. He has three main weapons, none of which will hurt you if you keep moving. Patience helps. One is a yellow mortar-like weapon that has six rounds per burst that arcs up and will hurt you significantly if you just stand there. Run a little ways and shoot the Boss a few times. After he shoots his weapon a few times, he will switch weapons. His second weapon is a more direct fire weapon, but shoots slightly slower. It will miss if you keep running in random directions. Change direction after each of his attacks misses. If you take more than one shot in between his, he will sting you with it. However, the damage is not as bad as his other two weapons. After a while he will switch to his yellow ion stream/circle weapon can take you down fast if you let it. It usually does 100 life energy points per successful attack. Whenever he pauses to build up his yellow ion stream weapon, shoot him with your Photon Burst (R2) or get a little closer and use the Grenade Launcher (preferably R2). You can use the Photon Burst weapon and Grenade Launcher exclusively. The launcher causes more damage, but uses lots more energy (20 units minimum). However the feedback damage from using it at close range can kill you faster than the Boss. The grenade launcher uses less weapon energy for R1 and R2 primary and secondary weapons, and has a slightly less feedback damage danger. However, you can pump out the rounds very quickly and cause the Boss a lot of damage. There is no indication the Boss is taking damage while you fight. You must be patient, aim quickly, do as much damage as you can. Reactivate the cheats whenever you get low on any of your points and keep moving.
Chris Castro.

Note: The code to improve your life/health energy points, after improving your armor points, may not work on the first attempt but will on the second attempt. The best way to improve all you points with cheats is (in order) armor, life/health, weapon energy, then save the game. If you are fighting the Vorsoth Boss, the weapon energy code may cause you to only get a 300 point weapon energy rating. If you have the 999 weapon energy points or any amount over 300, you may not want to use it until your weapon energy is less than 300.
Chris Castro.

Hint: Half-Life reference:
During the first time you are on Voyager after the simulation, when you shut down the power core Belanna will say to someone "Help me with the Resonance Cascade Core". A Resonance Cascade scenario happened on Half-Life.
Phil.
