Fight as Akuma:
Select Super T player type, then highlight the following characters
in order, waiting one second between each selection: Ryu, T. Hawk,

Complete the game with any character to unlock seven more costume
colors in addition to the six original choices. To select them,
hold Start and press an Attack button when choosing
that character at the selection screen. To choose the thirteenth
costume, press Square + Circle + R1 when
choosing that character. To choose the fourteenth costume, after
completing the game with a character first, highlight them, then
hold Start and press Square + Circle.

Fight as Gill:
Successfully complete arcade mode as all other characters under
any difficulty or other settings to play as the final Boss, Gill
by highlighting Yun at the character selection screen and pressing

buttons. If you then highlight the same character with controller
two and hold Start and press any two buttons, that fighter
will wear the fifteenth color possible for the costume.
Store moves:
When selecting a version to play as, hold Start and select
"Super Turbo". Release Start, then select Chun-Li,
E.Honda, or Vega as your fighter. They now have the ability to
store special moves and super combos. For example, execute Chun-Li's
Senretsukyaku without pressing the final Kick to end it.
The next time you press Kick, the move will be executed.
