Left, Right, Select, Start at the
title screen, after the text "Push Start Button" flashes.
Press Left or Right to select a level and Start
to begin game play.
Moon level: Press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right,
Left, Right, B, A, Start at
the title screen.
