Street Fighter 2: The World Warrior
View profiles:
Wait for the first character profile to appear after
the game starts. Hold L + R on controller two to
keep the profile on the screen. Continue to hold the buttons to
view more profiles.
No information bars:
Power on the SNES, enter the options screen, then exit
the options screen. Repeat this 26 times, then start a match.
Player vs. player championship:
Press Down, R, Up, L, Y,
B when the Capcom logo appears before the title screen.
The screen will turn blue to confirm correct code entry. Enter
Vs. battle mode. Press Start to change the color of the
fighters' costumes, or A to keep them identical.
See character ending:
Enable the "Player vs. player championship"
code. Press Start + R before the screen fades after
beating M. Bison.
Special ending:
Set the difficulty to the highest level and choose
any fighter. Complete the game without using a continue. You will
view a special ending.

Sound test:
Choose the sound effects selection in the options menu.
Rapidly tap R on sound effect 25, 26, or 27. This will
result in new sound effects in positions 1F through 23.
Controller configuration:
Hold Select as the first match begins. The controller
configuration screen will appear.
CPU vs. CPU:
Select tournament mode, highlight the "End"
selection, and press Start. The CPU will control both players
in the matches. Press any button to speed up the current match.
Player one vs. CPU using same fighter:
Start a one player game, choose any character, and
lose both rounds of the first match. Press Start at the
continue screen, then select the character to be cloned. Play
as this character, lose both rounds, and press Start to
continue. Choose a different character than those used in the
first two matches and press Start on controller two when
entering the next match. Choose a character other than the one
to be cloned. Allow player one to defeat player two in both rounds.
Do not continue as player two. Allow the CPU to begin fighting
with player one, then press Start on controller two. Select
the character that corresponds to the stage you are flying to,
however do not choose the character to be cloned. Have player
two continuously lose until reaching the stage of the character
to be cloned. Allow time to run out without fighting in any round.
Press Start at the continue screen and select the character
to be cloned. Press Start to fight the CPU using the same
character.
Player two vs. CPU using same fighter:
Ryu
Start a one player game and choose any character except Ryu.
Continue the game until reaching Ryu's stage. Press Start
on controller two and select any character except Ryu. Allow each
player to win a one of the first two matches, and let time run
out in the second two matches without fighting. Press Start
to continue and select Ryu.
Ken
Start a game with any character except Ken. After reaching
Ken's stage, press Start on controller two and select any
character except Ken. Allow each player to win a one of the first
two matches, and let time run out in the second two matches without
fighting. Press Start on controller two to continue. Choose
Ken as a character.
Initials:
Enter a blank entry for your initials to have SFII
appear in their place.
Easy completion for first eight stages:
Choose "Game Start" and select any character.
Once you see your opponent, remember that person and press Start
on controller two. Select the person that would have been your
opponent and defeat that character. An "X" should appear
on the place you fought at. Repeat those steps to easily complete
the next eight stages.

Defeating Balrog:
Select E.Honda as your character. Execute the "Hundred
Hand Slap" move during the match. Most of the time, you will
hit him before he hits you.

Play as Ryu, Ken, Dhalism, Guile, or Sagat. Use a move like Guile's
Sonic Boom when Balrog charges at you. If he does not charge,
then block the attack. If you want to get a "Perfect",
keep using the same move you used when Balrog charged at you.
Note: Make sure Balrog does not dodge or get near you if you want
to get a "Perfect".

Defeating Sagat:
Select Ryu or Ken. Do the fireball when the round begins.
The fireball is quicker than Sagat's Tiger move. When he jumps
over you, press R to do a kick to stop him. Then, do the
fireball again.

Defeating Vega:
Select Guile. When Vega does a backflip on the ground,
do a kick at his face while jumping with A; or, when in
the air, do the mover where you grab someone from the air and
throw him down. And you can also do the Back-Breaker attack on
him.

Select Ryu or Ken. When Vega jumps on the wall, jump forward and
do a kick with R. Then, jump again and do another kick
over his head. When he is stunned, throw him to the corner. Jump
forward again and do a kick. Quickly do the Hurricane Kick and
he will be stunned again. Then, throw him again.

Defeating any opponent:
Go to the options screen and set the game to no time
limit. Set the difficulty level on "0", then exit the
options. Select one of the following fighters to go faster: Ryu,
Ken, Blanka, Chun Li, or Zangief. Defeating M. Bison is easier
than Sagat.

Perfects:
If you get a perfect on a normal player (or Bosses
on the updates) you will get 30,000 points. If you get a perfect
on the CPU Boss, you will get 50,000 points. If you get a perfect
on M. Bison (CPU) you will get 80,000 points.

Select versus mode and have player two select Dhalism and player
two select Ken. Have player two do the Yago Flame, then press
Up, R (default controller settings). After that,
Ken will turn black with an orange costume and black hair.
