This place also has Snorlax in it. Use the Poke Flute to wake him up, then defeat or capture it. Since place is mainly a steep hill, use your Bicycle to travel down easier. You can find HM 02 here, check the Important Info to see how. Once you reach the end, go east to reach Fuchsia City.
