Abra is a good catch since he is the first Psychic-type Pokémon right now. When you run into him, throw a Poke Ball. Doing that might be odd, but does sometimes catch him! Once you get through the mass of trainers, you can visit Bill the Pokemaniac! When you first meet him, you find out he has been turned into a Pokémon. Check HM 01 in the "Important Info" section to see how you solve this. He'll give you the S.S. Ticket in return. Exit and go back inside and go on his PC. It contains pictures on Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon. This will add pics on them to your Pokedex. Now go back to Cerulean City.
