Hint: Lotus Assassins: When trying to become part of the Lotus Assassins,

Hint: Easy money: After talking to Master Li, enter the other room. You
will find a chest that has three small statues in it. Take them.
Then, go to the large statue of a lion. Approach the altar, and
whatever color his palm glows, place the corresponding statue
there. After you have placed all three statues you will receive
one silver coin. You can do this until you receive 17 silver coins,
and you will keep the small statues. If you decide to destroy
the alter, you will be given 24 silver coins and will lose the

To get silver and a item at the start of the game, after you talk
to Master Li there is a statue in the room next to the one where
you and Li had a discussion. In the room with the statue is a
chest with colored lions.Put the lions one by one on the wooden
frame corresponding to the color of the sphere the statue lion
holds. For example, blue sphere, blue lion, etc. You can do this
seventeen times and get silver coins. With those silver coins,
go out in the back of the school (not where smoky mountain is,
but on the other side). There is a path that leads up to a spot
where two students are training. Defeat them for easy experience.
Then, keep exploring that area. You will see a bridge with a burial
memorial. Deposit the silver coins and you will get the headstone.
Take that head stone to the lion statue and put it in place. Three
more colors will appear on the sphere. Choose the correct combinations
of the lions to get a lion statue that helps with your health
and something else. Note: Do not break the table because you will
only get twenty silver coins and it is not worth it. If you break

Instead of getting the maximum number of coins from the altar,
get a coin, then explore the tomb of the old master of the school.
Put a coin in the bowl. You will then get the symbol from the
tomb. Go back to the lion altar, place the symbol in the lion's
mouth, and the test will change. Complete the new test (yellow
+ blue = green, yellow + red = orange, and red + blue = purple),
and you will receive the Gaze of the Lion, which will give you

Instead of foisting your essence gems off on the Magical Abacus
or random merchants, save them until you reach the Imperial City.
Make your way to the Arena and fight through the ranks until Lucky
Cho and Sweet Poison Lyn make their "offer." After either
refusing or accepting, sell your gems to the poisoner. She will
pay twice the amount for the gems that the Abacus will pay. This

Hint: The Gaze Of The Lion: Instead of destroying the altar in Li's house, take
the coin you get from it. Take it around back to the old master's
tomb. Put a coin in the bowl and get the lion medallion. Take
the token back around to the statue and place it in the lion's
mouth. Then, use the statues to make the color combinations. You
will receive "The Gaze Of The Lion" Free Mantra. Demon Lord.
Hint: Ice Shard style: When training to be a Lotus Assassin, talk to the woman
that you replaced to be a trainer. See what she has for sale.
In her wares, she has the Ice Shard style. Buy it and you can
control fire and ice; or if you start with ice then you will get

Hint: Paralyzing Palm support style: When you visit the Black Leopard School at the Imperial
City, you will fight four students. Defeat them and you will talk
to the first brother. Agree to join the school and support the
Open Palm Master. You will end up fighting the Closed Fist Master.
Afterwards, the Open Palm Master will teach you Paralyzing Palm
and give you the items that the Closed Fist Master promised you.

Hint: Upgrades: You can find enhanced weapons when playing as Dawn
Star, Silk Fox, or Whirlwind. They appear in chests in their respective
levels. For the girls, run down to the fountain in that area and
a chest will appear on the far side when you get close enough.
Whirlwind's weapon is near a wall. These upgrades significantly

Hint: Damage Shield: There is a very powerful essence gem that will help
when ending the game. In the Imperial City, at the Black Leopard
school, you can choose to side with one of the two masters, each
following a way. You will be confronted by each of them. They
will both tell you to kill the opposite. Either way, you will
get a gem labeled "Damage Shield". This surrounds you
in a shield that reduces damage significantly. DB218.
Hint: Heavy Damage Shield: At the end of the game, immediately before you reach
the empire to face Li, buy the Cyclone Gem from Abacus. evan budnek.
Hint: Deal greater damage quickly with
any martial style: Use the following trick to increase the damage you
deal for a short period of time. Go into focus mode then power
up your martial skills with Chi. The focus will make it harder
for your opponents to dodge your attacks and the Chi power up
will make you deal greater damage. Aaron Daggit.
Hint: Defeating Master Li: Master Li can be difficult to fight, but this strategy
makes it easy to defeat him. To do this, you only need two different
styles; Storm Dragon and any Martial style. For Storm Dragon,
this works best if you have Duration and Speed fully upgraded.
Your Martial style should also have fully upgraded Speed, and
Damage is also useful. When you first start fighting him, switch
to Storm Dragon and get within striking distance. Hit him three
times by pressing A(3), then switch to your Martial style
and attack three to six times. Switch back to Storm Dragon and
repeat this process until Master Li is defeated. Sometimes he
will enter Focus mode and/or switch styles. If this happens, turn
on your Focus mode then off, if you can, then continue the process.
Under the Master difficulty setting, it can take four minutes
to defeat him with this strategy, and you should hardly get hurt

Hint: Defeating Sun Li: Before fighting the final battle with the Glorious
Strategist on your second trip to the Imperial Palace, check in
with the Magical Abacus. He will have three books for sale. One
will add +50 Health, another +50 Chi, and the final one will add
+50 Focus. Each book costs 50,000 silver, but can provide that
extra edge to defeat Sun Li. Oni Boy.
Close to the end of the game, you will obtain a power called Jade
Golem. It is very strong but uses a lot of Chi. Work up Spirit
evenly throughout the game, and when you get the Jade Golem, get
the stat on it that makes it not us as much Chi. Then, max it
out. After that you will go to Dirge and then back to the palace.
When you face him, freeze him if you started out with Ice Shard
or bought it from the Lotus trainer. Use your X attack
because being hit does not stop it unless he is using Paralyzing
Palm. He will probably lose about a quarter to half his health,
depending on if you have Chi Strike on or not. Do this two to
four times and he should be dead. If not, just hit him with the
regular A attack until he falls. Cody Sargent.
Use a maximum upgraded Summon spell to defeat Sun Li easily. Use
Spirit Thief when you run out. This also works on Master Li. They
will be no match, but your Summon spell must be upgraded to the
maximum, and your Spirit Thief should also be close to it. shaun.
Hint: Defeating The Ravenger: Block in front of him by holding B. When you
see him turn blue and hold his axes up, quickly roll beside him
and attack him with a combo. Then, switch to block and repeat.
He should not do the three step combo he has, because every time
he sees the shield, he should go for his strong attack which will
give you time to perform a combo. He may also try and perform
an area attack, which you can block and fit a few hits in before

Use Storm Dragon and any fighting style necessary. Keep attacking
until not paralyzed and repeat until the Ravenger is killed.

Hint: Defeating blocking enemies: For enemies who continue to block after every time
you break their shield, simply jump behind them and use a normal
combo at their back: press A(3). This will send them falling
forward. They will start attacking again, but eventually will
start blocking. Repeat this as many times as needed. Max Yakavonis.
Hint: Easy bounty: When you get to the Imperial City, you will encounter
an officer who is offering bounties. Go to the Scholars Garden
to find Scholar Kongyu. If you have Sky with you he will ask a
question and confuse Kongyu. He then reveals his plight to you.
He claims the bounty is unjust. If you decide to help him leave
the city, you will see just how much a fool he is. Mike Seekins.
Hint: Shadow creature: Play as any character following the Path Of The Closed
Fist. Stand still for awhile and watch your shadow. It will grow

Hint: Gambling accident: When at the arena, talk to the gambler and play a game.
If you manage to win twenty times in a row, he will explode. Also,
if you win more than 5,000 silver, he will stop gambling with

Hint: Ghost: When you are at Tien's Landing and are about to close
the dam, there is an orphanage in one of the corners before you
enter the quarry. When you get the old caretaker from the tavern
to go back and the bury the bones of the children, there will
be a ghost in the background as he is speaking. It will be by
the back wall. When he finishes speaking, he will disappear. It
looks like he is making funny faces and such. Note: This was done

Hint: Recommended character build: Select Tiger Shen (Strong) as your character. Choose
his default Martial Style, White Demon (fully upgrade it whenever
you have a chance, except for the Chi Damage, as it is not that
useful. When you choose your first weapon, get the sword Fortune's
Favorite. Do not spend any points in it. Keep gathering enough
money to buy the Leaping Tiger Martial Style. Fully upgrade it
as well, except for the Chi Damage. If you are playing in the
Way of the Open Palm, help Master Radiant at the quest "The
Black Leopard School" and kill Smilling Hawk to receive the
Paralyzing Palm Support Style. If you are playing in the Way of
the Closed Fist, get some money to buy the Storm Dragon Support
Style. If neither of the two, full upgrade the one you selected,
except for Chi Damage. In the Scholar's Garden at the Imperial
City, finish the quest "The Outlander", defeat Sir Roderick,
and choose his weapon, Mirabelle, as your reward. Do not upgrade
her yet. In the Arena at the Imperial City, at the quest "The
Imperial Arena", let Black Whirlwind fight against Kai Lan
the Serpent, to receive the Tang's Vengeance, a pair of Dual Wield
Axes (full upgrade it). After upgrading all the other Martial
and Support Styles and your Weapon Tang's Vengeance, put all your
points in Mirabelle. Always have Dawn Star or Sik Fox with you
as Support: Dawn recovers you Chi, while Silk enhances your Weapon.
Tang's Vengeance drains your Focus, so you do not have to worry
about it. After doing all this, your character will be very powerful.
Use the Storm Dragon or Paralyzing Palm to stop your enemies (if
they are humans or ghosts), and beat them with the Tang's Vengeance
against humans and the White Demon (use the Leaping Tiger if the
enemy is too fast for White Demon) against ghosts. Mirabelle and
Tang's Vengeance are great to defeat Demons with. Mirabelle is
exceptional against Horse Demons because they explode after you
kill them. Chi Damage is not that good as it seems. It sucks your
Chi, and the additional damage is not worth the cost. Also, you
need to save Chi in case you are damaged. Perhaps the only battle
that will be more though is the one against the two Lotus Assassins
and the two Jade Golems. Luiz Gustavo.
Glitch: Move while standing: While in Chapter 3, take the side quest from the gravedigger.
Kill the elder Fong and talk to his son. After that he starts
to walk away. Quickly talk to him before he leaves and keep pressing
A. Instead of walking, you will just stand there when you
