or higher rating.
Hint: Pace car: After coming out of the pits, press Brake. Reverse
back into the pits and hit the pace car at about 100 mph. If you
hit it hard enough, it will move. Steer it into any oncoming traffic.
Hint: Big air: At Sears Point there is a hill with a huge Valvoline
logo on it. Drive up the hill and you will fly into the air --
and your car may catch on fire.
Go past the first hill at Sears Point (the one that if you go
too fast you will ramp and hit the wall) to the Valvoline jump,
but do not ramp it. Turn around and go to the left side of the
screen next to the wall and accelerate. Go forward until you ramp
(this jump can hurt your car more than the Valvoline jump). You
can do 720s, nose dives, half flips, etc.
Glitch: Sink through track: Go to the Richmond race track and select practice mode.
After you leave the pit area, turn around and go through the pit
from the wrong end. When you get to the very end, behind the last
car is a little white square. Drive your car in, and it will sink
through the level. Note: You can also push other cars into it.
Todd Duggan.
Glitch: Autopilot around the track: Enable the "Shoot paintballs" code. Have
two or more players. Go to any track and make one of your cars
need a repair in the pits. When the pit crew starts to work on
the car, have the other player hit him with paintballs to get
it on to the track before the repair time ends. Alternately to
make it better, hit him very far out onto the track within a
good distance of the pits. When you are done, the player who was
in the pits should be going around the track in autopilot. Joey Conley.
